What payment methods does Spuds accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diner's Club cards. Amex and Visa gift cards are accepted, but can be hit or miss on refunds. We also accept Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, and Paypal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We try to process your order as quickly as possible. if you have any changes you need to make, send us a note over at email@example.com as soon as you can.

How long will my order take to ship?
We are typically able to get domestic orders out in 1-2 days. International orders take a bit more processing and usually take 2-4 days to get out. Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get an order update.
Can I expedite my order?
Absolutely! We offer a few different options depending on your location. When choosing your shipping at checkout it will estimate how long your package will take to arrive.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping through DHL and postal services. Some additional customs and duty fees may be required to receive your package. Please check out our shipping page for more information.

What is your return policy?
We offer 30 day returns from the moment you receive your product. Feel free to check out our returns and exchanges page for more information
How do I start a return or exchange?

How long does a return or exchange take?
It generally takes about 7-14 business days to process a return or exchange. We will notify you once your item is received back at our warehouse. At that point expect 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed by your credit card, and about 3 days for your exchanged item to arrive to you.
